Access 3 different programs:
- 3x per week at the gym: Full Body Split
- 4x per week at the gym: Upper/Lower Split
- 3-4x per week at home: Full Body Split
Time allocation:
- Ca 60min total for all pre-work
- 40-60min of exercise 3-4 days per week.
- 5-10min of mindfulness practice daily.
