NUTRITION

Without subscribing to any more fads, I will show you HOW, WHAT and WHEN to eat to lose unwanted body fat WHILE maintaining your sanity and relationship to food. No calorie counting needed.

MOVEMENT

Access the type of effective protocols and strategies I recommend for my busy, high achieving clients that wants results WHILE being able to take care of everything else on their plate.

SLEEP

Improve your sleep and support your physiology in a way that enables your body to burn body fat more effectively, to recover fully and to optimise your results from all that hard work.

TRAINING

Learn how to lift weights the properly with access to a 21 day weight training program** that is designed to build a strong and toned body for gym-goers & home-based trainees.

MINDFULNESS

Take back control over your point of focus, go from being on auto-pilot, living a mindless life, to feeling more calm, present and equipped to handle life's experiences as they show up.

Upon enrolling: you will get access to the Choosing Strength Society Fitness App where the program will be fully hosted.

During the program: you will have access to the 21DR Channel where Emily gives extra insight and teachings.

You'll also access 3 strength training programs:

✧ 2-3x / week at the gym: Full Body Split

✧ 4x / week at the gym: Upper/Lower Split

✧ 2-4x / week ar home: Full Body Split

The duration of the intensive is FIVE weeks total, divided into 3 phases.

Phase 1

"Getting Ready"

Before we officially start, there is a pre-work week.

During this first week you will get introduced to the five pillars and strategies you'll be embodying throughout the 21 Day Reset Intensive.

Time allocation:

10-30min daily to watch the pre-work module and do the accompanying integration work.

Phase 2

"Doing The Work"

Every day for 21 days you'll receive one module and workbook to help you integrate the 21 Day Reset values, which will help you turn this intensive into a lifelong asset.

Time allocation:
5-10min to watch the daily module.

2-5min for the daily integration.

40-60min training 2-4 days/week.
5min mindfulness practice daily.

Phase 3

"Ending On A High"

The last week of the intensive is for you to take a celebratory moment and to catch up if you need.

You'll also prepare an exit strategy you can lean on when we officially close the intensive at the end of the week.

You will have access to all the material inside this intensive for 7 days after phase 2 is complete.
