A message from Emily Anger

What a precious gift in life; to have stumbled across weightlifting, some 20 years ago.

It’s something I get to enjoy for the rest of my life, to improve the quality of my human experience; physically, mentally and emotionally.

It’s very hard to explain to people who don’t train.

Almost like it’s a secret club with a secret language.

But to those who know, you know what I talk about; how good it feels to use your body. To make it work.

To stretch and contract against resistance.

And I’ve learned that we get to enjoy pursuing all areas in life, without letting our bodies weaken while we become greatly successful in the endeavours of our hearts…

Weightlifting gets to be something that increases our fulfilment and longevity in life as a whole.

I believe it's a fundamental strategy to an extraordinary life.

I know how powerful strength training is for our self-leadership in life, and it hold a very potent gateway to the person we are born to be.
