THE 3 PHASES

PHASE 1

7 days

During the Preparation Phase (week 1) you'll get introduced to the 5 Pillars of Health and Body Composition, and get help understanding how to create your own strategies for the type of goals you have.

PHASE 2

21 days

During the Reset Phase (weeks 2-4) you will use the strategies from week one as well as get access to the 21 Daily Integration Modules that transform how this program impacts your life, and help you connect to yourself and your life on a deeper level.

PHASE 3

7 days

During the Post-Intensive Phase (week 5), you will be supported in the process of transitioning away from a program like this... so that you don't feel lost or overwhelmed and start to undo all the hard work you've done.

NUTRITION

Without subscribing to any more fads, I will show you HOW to eat to lose unwanted body fat WHILE maintaining your sanity and relationship to food. No calorie counting needed.

MOVEMENT

Access the type of effective protocols and strategies I recommend for my busy, high achieving clients that wants results WHILE being able to take care of everything else on their plate.

SLEEP

Improve your sleep and support your physiology in a way that enables your body to burn body fat more effectively, to recover fully and to optimise your results from all that hard work.

TRAINING

Learn how to lift weights the properly with access to a 21 day weight training program** that is designed to build a strong and toned body for gym-goers & home-based trainees.

MINDFULNESS

Take back control over your point of focus, go from being on auto-pilot, living a mindless life, to feeling more calm, present and equipped to handle life's experiences as they show up.

The Minor Details:

  • Upon enrolling: you'll get access to your own profile inside the Choosing Strength Society Fitness app, where the program is fully hosted.

  • The program starts on the Monday after you register.

  • You'll access 3 different training programs:
    - 3x per week at the gym
    - 4x per week at the gym
    - 3-4x per week at home

  • Time allocation:
    - Ca 60min total for all pre-work in week 1.
    - 40-60min of exercise 3-4 days per week.
    - 5min of mindfulness practice daily.
    - 5-10min for the daily integration modules

  • Every module comes with a workbook to help you integrate the teachings.

  • You'll have access to the app for 5 weeks once the program starts, then you'll have the option to join the Choosing Strength Society Membership for just $29 per month and keep access to the program.
