Hello. I'm Emily Anger.

Over the past 13 years, I’ve coached driven individuals to get stronger and fitter, not just in the gym, but in life. What I see over and over: brilliant and successful people stuck in cycles of overworking, overthinking, and overriding their own bodies… often leaving them feeling empty and not satisfied.

Through over half a decade of studying sport psychology, behavioural science, mindfulness and becoming an Neuro Linguistic Programming master practitioner, I've learned that performance does not just equal intensity.

So I teach it as precision: through clear intentions, focus, self-regulation and values-led identity design.

My work is about helping you claim your edge, not by doing more, but by becoming deeply resourced, regulated, and aligned. Together, we create the structure you need to break through any ceiling, enjoy the process more and not burning out as a price to pay for your ambition.

Inside the Choosing Strength Society app, you’ll follow structured programs designed to improve strength, stability, and recovery without unnecessary fatigue or burnout.

A 3-week program delivered inside the Choosing Strength Society app, designed to kick-start a more health-focused way of living - physically and mentally.

Alongside teaching you my refined and proven method towards better health and body composition, we address the mental habits and blockages that often stand in the way of long-term success.
