
Strength training has been a part of my life for two decades now, and as a 16 year old insecure girl I didn't know that asking my grandad to buy my first gym membership would be one of the best decisions of my life...
And since 2014 I've had a privilege to help people with so many different goals and starting points.
What I love the most about strength training is that it's a tool that anyone can use to influence their lives in a positive way. It doesn't matter how old you are, if you have other activities you enjoy, are injured or have aesthetic goals...
Strength training is a vital part for all of us to ensure our bodies stays healthy and whole, and one of the greatest enjoyments in my life is to pass down all the knowledge and passion I have, so that others can enjoy the process and reap the rewards I know strength training can give them.

I am based on Stockholm, Sweden, and work for SATS Hötorget where I work as a personal trainer.
Working with me in-person is an investment like no others, since I am dedicated to teach you excellent form and physical mastery, while also make strength training something you look forward to.
To work with me 1-1, you need to have a membership with SATS. But if you and your friends would like to train with me in group (3-12 people), it's not necessary.

Choosing Strength Society is my founding strength training membership, where my mission to put a barbell in thousands of peoples hands across the globe, and help people train smarter, not harder, to achieve their fitness goals.
In the private training app, you get access to training programs, exercise tutorials, can track your training progress and physical changes over time, and also receive direct feedback from me.
